Ted Litchfield (Peckham 1700 - 1800)
Working on the period 1700 - 1800, Ted Litchfield and students from St Thomas the Apostle school took inspiration from Hogart's engraving 'Southwark Fair'. A series of humourous and wonderful installations were created based on fairground attractions including a shooting gallery, hoopla and haunted castle.

Heather Martin (Peckham 1800 - 1900)
Heather Martin's class from The Academy at Peckham worked with 19th Century animation to produce zoetropes depicting victorian life from Peckham. Animations included characters such as Spring Heeled Jack and Thomas Tilling.

Vik (Peckham 1900 - 1945)
In the first half of the 20th Century poster art came to prominence and artist Vik, working with pupils from St Thomas the Apostle created 21 posters with reference to films, new stories and social issues of the day.

Amanda Egbe (1945 - present)
The video piece produced by video artist Amanda Egbe, with students of the Academy at Peckham consisted of a split screen installation showing historical footage of Peckham alongside recreated scenes acted by students. The video featured the disappearance of the Surrey Canal, the changing face of the North Peckham estate, strike action by Peckham Action group and Princess Margaret opening the newly constructed Troy Town flats.
