Step One: Download the free iTunes software from the Apple website by clicking on the big 'Download Now' button on the following link: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

Step Two: When the setup program is downloaded, double click on it and install the iTunes software on your computer.

Step Three: Once iTunes has been set up on your computer go back to the Podcast Directory on South City Radio at the following URL: http://www.southcityradio.org/podcasts.php

Select the show/category that interests you and click on one of the 'Subscribe' links.

Step Four: You may get a screen similar to the one shown opposite asking you which program to use to open the pod cast link, select the iTunes application.

Step Five: The podcast you've selected to download show up on the left hand side menu as shown on the left. Click on the download tab to view the progress of the download.

Step Six: Once the show is downloaded you can double click it to play the show. You can also transfer the show to your iPod.
