Celebrating Women Month - Women Stand Up!
As part of Southwark's Celebrating Women month running throughout March, local comedians Rosie Wilby and Laura Mugridge have organised Women Stand Up! in collaboration with Eclectic Productions.
A free comedy workshop for Southwark based women lead by Rosie and Laura will be followed by a stand up comedy gig featuring Ava Vidal (as seen on Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow), Liz Bentley, Liz Carr and Charmian Hughes. Workshop participants are also invited to perform a short set at the gig. It all takes place at the Magnolia Pub, 211 Lordship Lane on 20th March.
Workshop places are free but need to be pre-booked by emailing Rosie Wilby at rosie@piranha-pr.co.uk
